These rules establish the legal framework for the transport and logistics services offered by our company. Please read their content carefully.
We offer transport, import-export, and logistics services for electronic equipment intended exclusively for B2B clients. Each order is confirmed by a written contract specifying the route, delivery term, and handling conditions.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the nature, weight, and dimensions of the equipment. Customs documents and necessary authorizations for international transport must be submitted at least 48 hours before shipment.
Our liability is limited to the declared value of the goods, according to the contract. We do not cover damages caused by inadequate packaging provided by the client, force majeure, or customs delays. For fragile equipment, we recommend using our specialized packaging service.
Each shipment benefits from GPS monitoring and scanning at transit points. The client receives automatic notifications via email or SMS at each critical stage. Access to the digital tracking platform is available 24/7.
Under no circumstances shall our total liability exceed the invoiced value of the respective transport. We are not liable for indirect losses, including interruption of the client's business or contractual penalties with third parties.
We reserve the right to update these terms with a 30-day notice. Active clients will be individually notified by email. Continued use of the services after the modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 14-day written notice. In the event of a serious breach of obligations, termination may be immediate. Costs for already scheduled transports remain due.
